Health is more than the absence of disease and illness. Health can grow and evolve with you to show the unlimited possibilities and promise of life in every event.
Qi is the starting point. Qigong is the pathway. Curiosity is the requirement.
Wu Ming Qigong programs and Tao of Medical Qigong energy treatments strengthen and stimulate your Qi as a practical resource of support. You begin to experience the unbreakable connections between your human experience and Natural Law.
Why is this important? Natural law is a stable and unchanging force that constantly works to put the chaotic and complicated demands of modern life into balance. Balance is a key component of health. Wu Ming Qigong nourishes your Qi, builds balance and stimulates natural healing.

Meet Jenny Merdinger, Qi Chicago Founder
I discovered the Wu Ming Qigong system and traditional Chinese medicine in 2008. It was a leap into an unknown world motivated by a sudden, intuitive need to find a different way to manage my growing list of chronic, but “normal,” conditions.
The Dragon’s Way Qigong was my first “taste” that immediately helped me shed excess weight, end brain fog, and improve work outcomes and relationships.
Five years later I began to reduce, and then completely stop medications and supplements for chronic fatigue syndrome, hyperthyroid, anxiety and depression, peri-menopause and other issues.
All of these outcomes were not supposed to be possible, but there they were! I applied to be a student of Grand Master Nan Lu, the lineage holder of the Wu Ming Qigong system, hoping to understand more.

Time for Treatment
“In Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptoms are not random; they’re messages from the body. Yet, in our effort to “fix” them, we often silence the body’s language with treatments that don’t address the root. Over time, each suppression becomes another layer—making the real cause harder to see.
It’s time to ask: Is my routine supporting my body’s natural intelligence—or blocking it?” Grand Master Nan Lu
